Due to our transition from the old Online Banking platform to the new and improved platform, users that utilize Wed Connect or Direct Connect for Quicken and QuickBooks will need to deactivate and activate their connections.
Below you’ll find downloadable PDFs with instructions how to do that for both Quicken and QuickBooks on either PC or Mac. There is also a troubleshooting PDF for common issues that may occur during this transition.
If you prefer to export the information into a QuickBooks or Quicken File and then upload to your program, you will use the instructions to go to Web Connect.
If you prefer to import directly from QuickBooks or Quicken, you will use the instructions to go to Direct Connect.
