Beginning January 2026, the bank will implement a rounding procedure for cash transactions that require pennies:

When cashing a check written by a BOV customer that includes cents requiring pennies, the cash amount will be rounded down to the nearest nickel, and the remaining cents will be credited to the check writerโs account.
